MANILA — April 21 will mark a night of music and stories from the iconic "Himala," as a platform for lending aid to displaced film industry workers amid the coronavirus outbreak.

Dubbed "Gabi ng Himala: Mga Awit at Kuwento," the live event will streamed on ABS-CBN Film Restoration's Facebook page at 8 p.m.

It will feature live musical performances from the Ricky Lee and Vincent de Jesus stage adaptation, as well as a script-reading of the 1982 classic. Stars on board have yet to be announced.

Organized by Sagip Pelikula, Lockdown Cinema Club, and the Ricky Lee Scriptwriting Workshop, "Gabi ng Himala" is a fundraiser that will benefit low-income, no-work-no-pay film workers displaced by the pandemic.
