My handler @starmagic_portia asked me kamusta ako and I can&#x27;t type so I sent her this video,” ani De Guzman sa caption. </p><p>Mabilis din naman umanong nawala ang naramdamang panic attack na unang beses niyang naranasan matapos ang higit isang buwan. </p><p>Sa naturang post din, ipinaliwanag ni De Guzman kung ano ang panic attack na nararanasan kahit walang totoong panganib o dahilan.</p><p>“A panic attack is a sudden episode of intense fear that triggers severe physical reactions when there is no real danger or apparent cause.
