Last Saturday, singer Moira dela Torre piqued the curiosity of her fans when she released a clip of her friends in shock over her new music video for &quot;Tagpuan.&quot; </p><p>At the time, everyone, except those in it, had no clue as to what Dela Torre had prepared.
