Our relationship was not perfect, acknowledged "Pinoy Big Brother: 737" winner Miho Nishida as she opened up about her split with model Tommy Esguerra through a statement released on "Tonight with Boy Abunda" Thursday.

Nishida echoed what her ex-boyfriend had already said to be the cause of their breakup, saying it all boiled down to "differences."

"Wala namang perpektong relasyon," she said. "May mga bagay na hindi namin pinagkakaunawaan at napag-usapan namin na mas mabuti na din na maghiwalay."

"Nag-break naman po kami ng maayos. Pareho kaming may mga gustong marating and I hope na maging maganda ang takbo ng mga buhay namin. Sa ngayon, magfo-focus po muna ako sa career at pamilya ko," she added.

This is the second time Nishida, who met Esguerra inside the "Pinoy Big Brother" house back in 2015, talked about the split. Early this week, she apologized to their fans in a series of tweets.

Nishida and Esguerra were together for more than a year. Their pairing, dubbed "ToMiho," spawned a following for their sweet on-cam moments.
