Instagram posts of de Guzman, Cuenca, and Verzosa hinted they were filming from home.</p><p>The beauty queen, in particular, shared a snap of lights and shooting equipment, tagging iWant.</p><p>If &quot;Love Lockdown&quot; is revealed to be a virtual drama, it will follow other fictional offerings that unfold as a video call or are produced from home, amid the coronavirus
