Mahal ka namin,&quot; Padilla was quoted as saying by <a href="https://www.pep.ph/pepalerts/cabinet-files/151415/robin-padilla-bb-gandanghari-family-issue-a734-20200513">PEP.ph</a> in a video message for his older sibling.&quot;Marami lang nangyari sa pamilya natin nang pumasok ang 2020,&quot; Padilla said, referring to his and his mother Eva Cariño&#x27;s respective hospital confinement.Padlla sustained a back injury, which had him hospitalized for a month until the last week of January, he said, while their mother was &quot;bed-ridden&quot; for two months after slipping.The Padillas are also mourning the passing of Jane Dayrit Padilla, who died due to brain cancer on April 23, PEP.ph reported.
