Thanks to Vice Ganda, it appears Vhong Navarro's mother thinks her son has gout.

During the "Tawag ng Tanghalan" segment on "It's Showtime" Friday, Vice Ganda shared with the audience the funny screenshot Navarro sent to the "It's Showtime" hosts' group chat.

The photo contained a text message Navarro's mother sent to him, asking if he does have gout, the idea coming from Vice Ganda's constant jokes about his co-host, who was absent for the day.

"Tita, kilala niyo po ako, komedyante po ako pero hindi po ako sinungaling," Vice Ganda further quipped.

He also encouraged viewers to post on Twitter the "VhongHasGout" hashtag, resulting in it quickly becoming the third most talked about topic on the site while "It's Showtime" was on air.

This forced a reply out of Navarro, who posted a video showing that he does not have gout, warning Vice Ganda to keep up their playful banter with one another: "LaGout ka sa akin bukas!
