MANILA – Andrea Brillantes and Seth Fedelin have gained a massive following after they teamed up in the now-defunct ABS-CBN series “Kadenang Ginto.”

Since working together, the two have gotten pretty close that they have developed a term of endearment for each other.

Speaking to Toni Gonzaga during the third episode of the new online show “I Feel U,” Brillantes and Fedelin both shared that they call each other “Ali.”

“Ako po actually ang nakapag-isip no'n. Nung una po talaga kasi may pagka-weirdo siya. So naisip ko alien tapos hinati ko, naging ali. Kapag magkasama kami, parang may sarili kaming mundo po,” explained Brillantes.

But there’s actually a deeper meaning to it.

According to Fedelin, “Ali” actually stands for “akin lang ikaw.”

To his defense, he explained: “Ako gusto ko makasama si Blythe, siyempre gusto ko magtagal 'yung samahan namin so aangkinin ko. Akin lang ikaw.”

The two also did not shy away from declaring that they have a mutual admiration for each other.

“Para sa akin po kasi, si Seth very special sa akin. Bilang tao, sobrang hinahangaan ko siya. Bilang si Seth, mahal ko po 'yung pagkatao niya. Gusto ko po siya suportahan. Kapag narating niya 'yung pangarap niya, gusto ko nandoon din ako,” Brillantes said.

As for Fedelin, he said he wants to have the actress in his life for a very long time. But that does not mean they are rushing to take their friendship to the next level.

“Kasi kaming dalawa, alam namin 'yung priority namin. Wala sa isip namin iyan. Sa akin, alam ko kasi na sige ako kapag ako na-in love sa 'yo at naisipan ko talagang kunin ka, gagawin ko kung naramdaman ko ‘yon. Pero ngayon siguro, wala pa sa isip naming dalawa 'yun kasi may goal kami,” he said.

To end the interview, Gonzaga asked Fedelin if he could say that Brillantes is a person who is easy to love.

“Mahirap pero worth it,” he replied.
