This time, I wanted to see the bigger view of what Art History (music, painting, sculpture, architecture, photography etc.) is all about. I applied at my dream school, the University of British Columbia, and luckily... I got accepted,” she said.Flores said her experience at UBC led her to see the world of art “as if I was riding a magical carpet where it took me on a whole new journey.”For the singer, the best thing she discovered at the university was its diversity.“People from different cultures meet in this place. It will open your eyes and make you see what a wonderful world it is that we live in,” she said.Flores then thanked her family, her fiancé and her friends who incessantly motivated her in finishing her studies.
