Choi was also quoted to have apologized for the incident. </p><p>Last Tuesday, Choi was found unconscious while performing his mandatory military service as a policeman. He initially denied smoking marijuana, which is illegal in South Korea, but later on admitted to doing so after his drug tests came back positive. </p>
