<p>MANILA - She may have played Darna before, but Nanette Medved-Po doesn’t need to wear any costume to be a hero.</p><p>On Instagram, the former actress happily announced that she turned over on Wednesday eight classrooms to be used by the young children of Marawi.</p><p>“Thank you to the Maranao for your heartwarming hospitality especially given the circumstances,” she wrote in the I’ve always thought that people shouldn’t be a waste of space,&quot; she said.</p><p>Medved-Po is the founder, chair and president of HOPE, a social enterprise that sells bottled water to build classrooms around the country.</p>
