Alonzo, 30, on Wednesday revealed the casting for the upcoming series on the sidelines of a thanksgiving celebration for the success of her recent drama film, "Kasal."

"This is going to be with Richard Gutierrez," Alonzo said, referring to the long-time GMA-7 star who joined the Kapamilya network in May 2017, and was subsequently cast as the main antagonist in "La Luna Sangre."

According to Alonzo, the teleserye will be produced by Star Creatives, the same ABS-CBN entertainment TV unit behind many of her previous series, such as "Kay Tagal Kang Hinintay," "Maging Sino Ka Man," "It Might Be You," "Magkaribal," "Guns and Roses," and "A Love to Last."
