WATCH: Steve, Joe make a return in new 'Blue's Clues' with Fil-Am host

<p>A video featuring the beloved &quot;Blue&#x27;s Clues&quot; icons Steve Burns and Donovan Patton making cameos in the reboot of the kid&#x27;s show has been going around online. </p><p>The clip starts with new host, Filipino-American Broadway actor Joshua dela Cruz, as his character Josh, having trouble figuring out what Blue wants to eat for a snack. </p><p>He resorts to calling his cousins (using the Handy Dandy Notebook, which is now a phone, too) Steve (Burns) and Patton (Joe) for help. </p><p>The two, who are now living out their dreams of being a detective and working at a presents store, respectively, then come to the conclusion that Josh just needs to play Blue&#x27;s favorite game. </p><div><script src="https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&amp;version=v2.5" async="" type="text/javascript"></script></div><div class="fb-post" data-href="https://www.facebook.com/NickJr/videos/724646554649994/?v=724646554649994" data-width="auto"> </div><p>The scene is from the first episode of &quot;Blue&#x27;s Clues &amp; You,&quot; the Nick Jr. reboot of the fan-favorite kids program. </p><p>The original series first aired in 1996 with Burns as the host. He was later replaced by Donovan Patton. The show went off the air in 2006 as one of the longest running shows in Nickelodeon&#x27;s history.</p><p>The relaunch was announced last year with Dela Cruz as the host. </p>
