Julius (Falcon) is part of the latter, while his fraternal twin Aris (Abrenica) is with the former.</p><p>Julius is wounded and ends up in the hospital, leading to a flashback of their childhood when circumstances drove a wedge between them.</p><p>Julius’ heart ailment, as well as the overwhelming expenses for its treatment, forced their parents (Cherry Pie Picache, Ariel Rivera) to give up their comfortable life to save up enough to pay for a lifesaving operation.</p><figure class="op-interactive"><iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/9uszN3o7vK4?enablejsapi=1"></iframe></figure><div class="iwantbar">Watch more in <a href="//www.iwantv.com.ph/">iWantv</a> or <a href="//tfc.tv/">TFC.tv</a></div><p>With big adjustments in their lifestyle, and their parents attention tending to prioritize Julius, Aris increasingly felt neglected and started resenting not only his brother, but his entire family.</p><p>It remains to be seen how the characters of Vina Morales, a stripper who lost her son in a fire, and Gardo Versoza, a cop who works with Eugene (Rivera), will figure in the story.</p><p>Trailers for “Sandugo,” however, earlier teased that the brothers will be raised separately, with Aris being taken in by Cordelia (Morales) and Ulysses (Versoza).</p><p>“Sandugo” airs weekdays on ABS-CBN at 4 p.m.</p>
