Geoff Eigenmann appears to be back among ABS-CBN's stable of actors, after posting a photo of himself riding a horse to announce that he has been cast as part of an upcoming afternoon television drama.

He will portray the younger version of Ronaldo Valdez's Don Roman character in "Los Bastardos," a soon-to-premiere teleserye based on a Precious Hearts Romances title.

It looks like he'll be sharing his scenes with actress Cristine Reyes, who was pictured in bed with him in some teaser shots shared by the show's official Instagram page.

"Los Bastardos" revolves around the five sons of Don Roman. The teaser hints that these men are out to claim their father's fortune.

This is Eigenmann's first project with ABS-CBN since 2016, when he appeared in Erich Gonzales' "Be My Lady." His announcement comes a month after his show for a rival network concluded.

Eigenmann stared his acting career on ABS-CBN's youth-oriented variety show "Ang TV." He left the network in 2009.
