single way.&quot; </p><p>This was what Gab Valenciano wrote on Instagram this past week after revealing to his followers that he had spent six long days at a hospital for mental health reasons. </p><p>Gab, who is the son of Gary Valenciano and Angeli Pangilinan, first shared a photo of him with his parents while resting, days after admitting to having bipolar disorder and clinical depression. </p><p>He dubbed his parents his &quot;pillars of peace, love, and strength,&quot; and thanked them for being there after just &quot;one call.&quot; </p><p>&quot;There are no words, really. Yes, I have A LOT to reconstruct in my character, my habits and life in general, but you&#x27;ve always been there to guide me no matter what,&quot; he told them. </p><p>He added: &quot;The best parts of myself consist of your unconditional love. I love you both so very much. I pray that one day I could be just like you to my children and that in the near future, it will be my turn to take care of you.&quot; </p><p>Gab then penned a message for those who regularly feel href="https://cnnphilippines.com/entertainment/2019/10/24/Gab-Valenciano-mental-struggle-depression-bipolar-disorder.html">CNN Philippines</a>, revealed that he has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and clinical depression. </p><p>&quot;I isolated myself and kept it all in until one day it just exploded,&quot; he said. &quot;And so that is why I am very open about it now because I do not
