She also acknowledged to having low self-esteem when she was still a teen. </p><p>&quot;Na-realize ko na kaya ko napagdaanan iyon ay para maging ready ako. Kasi alam ni God na ito iyong kakaharapin ko,&quot; explained Medina, who represented the Philippines in the 2016 Miss Universe pageant. </p><p>In the past interviews, she often likened the criticisms she got for failing to finish in the pageant&#x27;s top three to being bullied.</p><p>Medina was in the late-night talk show to promote her new horror film, &quot;Spirit of the Glass 2: The Haunted,&quot; which opens in cinemas nationwide starting Wednesday. </p>
