<p>MANILA -- Actress Judy Ann Santos finally received her Best Actress trophy from the 41st Cairo International Film Festival.</p><p>Santos won the award for her performance in Brillante Mendoza&#x27;s film &quot;Mindanao.&quot;</p><p>Santos posted photos of her holding the &quot;golden lady&quot; trophy from the international award-giving body on Instagram on Monday night.</p><p>She
