<p>MANILA -- A pair of acts who touched the hearts of the judges on Saturday&#x27;s episode have joined the next round of &quot;Your Moment.&quot; </p><p>They were band Inside City, who took to the stage of the wild card round (a round where previously eliminated hopefuls get a second chance) with a powerful rendition of Up Dharma Down&#x27;s &quot;Tadhana&quot;, and X &amp; Y, whose contemporary dance routine was inspired by their own experiences with heartbreak. </p><p>The first of the two to confirm their places were X &amp; Y, a dance duo composed of Terrence and Larry from Zamboanga del Sur. They beat Romeo and Shaine with a score of 81.67% against 78.89%. They also staved off a challenge by B Unique Crew, a contortionist dance group from India. </p><figure class="op-interactive"><iframe height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/0B821z7bWwg?enablejsapi=1" width="560"></iframe></figure><div class="iwantbar">Watch more in <a href="//www.iwantv.com.ph/">iWantv</a> or <a href="//tfc.tv/">TFC.tv</a></div><p>Inside City, on the other hand, scored a rare tie with another wild card contender, Power of Four, before securing their place in the net round. Both acts scored 82.22%. </p><p>Inside City was praised for their &quot;authentic&quot; cover of &quot;Tadhana,&quot; and even drew high compliments from Nadine Lustre, despite finding it difficult to listen to the performance because it was her brother&#x27;s favorite song. Lustre&#x27;s brother died in 2017. </p><p>To break the tie, the judges were asked to score the two again --this time, Inside City, who had just performed, got 93.33% over the 86.67% of the Power of Four. </p><figure class="op-interactive"><iframe height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/8cL82tWD7fo?enablejsapi=1" width="560"></iframe></figure><div class="iwantbar">Watch more in <a href="//www.iwantv.com.ph/">iWantv</a> or <a href="//tfc.tv/">TFC.tv</a></div><p>This meant that X &amp; Y and Inside City will be competing in the next round of &quot;Your Moment,&quot; dubbed &quot;Moment of Choice.&quot; </p><p>The round basically will have the top scorers from the first round pick two opponents to go against with. </p><p>Next week&#x27;s episode will see acoustic duo Keren &amp; Mark face both the Alpuerto Sisters and the Cove in the singing category, while it is NDC versus NDDU Generals and Angel Fire in dance. </p>
