MANILA - “Asia’s Got Talent” judge Anggun sang for the first time on the “ASAP” stage on Sunday.

The Indonesian singer performed “What We Remember,” the first single from her latest album, “8.”

Anggun had been in the Philippines before to promote her English breakthrough single, "Snow on the Sahara," which was released in the late 1990s.

“The people here in the Philippines are known to be so sweet, so kind and so beautiful,” she said.

She then thanked all her fans in the Philippines, saying Filipinos and Indonesians are very much alike in terms of their love and passion for music.

While in the country, Anggun is set to perform at the Eastwood Mall Open Park on Sunday with Edray Teodoro. She also performed at Uptown Bonifacio on Saturday with "The Voice Teens" finalist Isabela Vinzon.
