Jameson Blake on Elisse Joson: We decided to part ways

MANILA — After once being romantically linked, Jameson Blake and Elisse Joson are no longer on speaking terms.

This was the actor’s candid revelation in an interview on “Tonight with Boy Abunda” (TWBA) that aired Thursday.
“Maybe we just decided to part ways,” Blake said of Joson, with whom he is co-starring in the Metro Manila Film Festival entry “The Mall, The Merrier.”
Asked by host Boy Abunda whether they are still talking, Blake said, “Not anymore.”

Blake, 22, clarified that while he and Joson, 23, had “something special,” they were never officially a couple, contrary to speculation.
In an interview in August, Blake admitted he hoped to have a relationship with Joson beyond friendship. At the time, he said they had “casual dates.”
Blake, in his “TWBA” appearance, opted not to give further details about their falling out, only saying that it involved a “mutual” decision.
