Wala akong alam sa politics. Wala kong alam sa paggawa ng batas and siguro kung papasok man ako sa ganyan, dapat mag-aral man lang ako ng three to four years because I don’t want to put our country at risk. Bakit ko papasukin ang isang bagay na hindi ako handa?&quot; Alawi told her 14 million Tiktok followers.</p><p>The actress said people could help others without getting into the politics.</p><p>“A lot of people would say ‘Eh kasi gusto ko kasi makatulong sa Pilipinas. Gusto ko makatulong sa kababayan natin.&#x27; Guys, kayang-kaya natin gawin &#x27;yun even without being into politics. Kahit wala kang position, wala kang upuan kaya mo makatulong,” she said.</p><p>“Hindi mo kailangan maging congressman or mayor or councilor para makatulong ka. We can all help out in our own small ways. Kapag papasok ka sa politics at ipaglalaban mo ang Pilipinas...dapat may laman &#x27;yung utak mo,” Alvawi added. </p><p>Alawi said she had nothing against those who are running for public seats.</p><p>&quot;At hindi basehan ang followers or sikat kasi siya kaya mananalo siya. Dapat hindi ganoon. I have nothing against people who are running kasi buhay nila &#x27;yon gusto nilang tumakbo  but this is my opinion, my thought and my answer to the messages that I&#x27;ve been getting,&quot; the actress said.</p><p>Some local celebrities were among those who filed their certificates of candidacy for the 2025 elections.</p><p>Alawi urged the public to vote wisely and reminded candidates to put the interests of Filipinos first.  </p><p>“Kapag boboto kayo, please vote wisely. Kasi mahal natin ang Pilipinas. I believe aasenso ang Pilipinas as long as we pick the right leaders and the right people to lead our country. Ini-encourage ko lang kayo, kung ayaw niyong pakinggan &#x27;wag niyong pakinggan,” she said.</p><p>“Kung boboto man kayo sana &#x27;yung may tiwala ka sa tao. Hindi porket &#x27;Ay sexy kasi siya,  maganda siya,  guwapo siya, ay sikat siya, napanood ko siya.&#x27; Dapat hindi ganoon. Dapat &#x27;ay may tiwala ako sa kanya. Alam ko may magagawa siya para sa Pilipinas. Magaling yan.&#x27; Dapat ganoon. Kasi kung sa ganda lang guys, ano ambag mo lang yung ganda mo o &#x27;yung pogi  sa session o yung pagiging sexy mo, ano yon?&quot; Alawi said. </p><p>&quot;Sa mga gustong tumulong,  tulong-tulong tayo. &#x27;Di natin kailangan ng position para makatulong tumulong. Pwede ka tumulong kahit hindi ka politiko. Please vote wisely. At kung tatakbo ka sana man lang ibibigay mo &#x27;yung all-in mo hindi pwede &#x27;ah racket  ko ito.&#x27; Dapat dedicated ka, give your all. Dapat alam mo &#x27;yung ginagawa mo at mahal mo ang ating mga kababayan.
