There’s nothing like it. I’ve seen the Marvel universe for almost 10 years now, and I’ve been in 10 of these movies, so to have Sam Wilson start off the way he did and grow into Captain America, it’s very unique. No other character in the cinematic universe had that experience,” he said.During the short Q&amp;A, Mackie also shared his different experiences in filming projects for television and film. He also reflected on how his character Sam Wilson, being a counselor for veteran affairs and becoming an Avenger eventually, has evolved through the different movies.“His evolution is simple. He is still a counselor, he is still a servicer for soldiers. But at the same time, he is the leader of his community,” he said.Talking about super heroes, Mackie was asked what comic books he has read.Candidly, he replied: “I know a lot of people may not like this, I have not read comic books. I watched every cartoon. I’ve watched everything from ‘Tom and Jerry’ up to ‘Teen Titans.’ I have kids, so I watch cartoons.”He added: “I just got into reading comic books when I casted and went back and I’ve bought like 50-60 comic books from the original ‘Falcon and Cap’, all the way to the new ones.”<div>&quot;Captain America: Brave New World&quot; is set for release February 2025. </div><script data-wid="auto" type="text/javascript" src="https://content.viralize.tv/display/?zid=AAEyze-tm4MR6kEa&amp;cid=ABQoTxIiSMmbaCjh&amp;activation=click&amp;vip_mode=playing&amp;vip_position=bottom-right"></script>
