<p>MANILA -- Kapamilya host Robi Domingo and his wife Maiqui Pineda revealed why actor Piolo Pascual became one of their godparents.</p><p>In the newest vlog of Karen Davila uploaded on Thursday night, Domingo and Pineda once again shared how their love story started.</p><div><span class="fr-video fr-deletable fr-fvc fr-dvb fr-draggable" contenteditable="false" draggable="true"><iframe width="950" height="534" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/4fO3fZBPzeg?&amp;wmode=opaque&amp;rel=0" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen="" class="fr-draggable"></iframe></span><br/></div><p>The two recalled that they began dating in 2017 and that Pascual was instrumental in their relationship. </p><p>&quot;2017 single ako buong taon and every single year, nakikita ko silang magkapatid sa Christmas special. And then 2017 nakita ko mag-isa lang siya. Una kong tanong sa kanya is &#x27;Where is your other half?&#x27; Kasi may identical twin siya. ...And then wala akong intention during that time gusto ko lang na ma-enjoy niya &#x27;yung single life niya tulad nang na-enjoy ko &#x27;yung single life ko ng isang taon. Sabi ko, &#x27;Let&#x27;s exchange numbers. May kinuha akong bar malapit sa Ateneo maybe you can drop by let&#x27;s just have fun bilang friends.&#x27; &#x27;Yung usap namin tumagal from one o&#x27;clock hanggang 4 or 5 a.m.,&quot; Domingo recalled.</p><p>&quot;At &#x27;yun ang Christmas special na lahat ng artista, pagod. Ang tagal kasing natapos. May isang tao roon na pinorce (forced) ako na umakyat, ayaw ko na umakyat talaga. I think kilala niyo siya itago na lang natin sa pangalang Piolo Pascual. Tinawagan ako, &#x27;Nasaan ka?&#x27; Sabi ko, &#x27;Papa P, ayaw ko na umakyat kasi pagod na ako, wala na namang pupunta diyan ngayon.&#x27; Sabi niya, &#x27;Umakyat ka para sa mga boss, magpasalamat sa trabahong ibinigay nila para sa iyo ngayong taon.&#x27; Pagdating ko roon nandoon siya (si Maiqui). Kaya Piolo Pascual is instrumental sa relationship namin kaya ginawa namin siyang ninong,&quot; Domingo added.</p><p>&quot;Ninong Piolo na siya,&quot; Pineda quipped.</p><p>Aside from their love story, Domingo also toured Davila around their family&#x27;s farm and polo field in Pulilan, Bulacan, developed and headed by his uncle, Atty.
