In an electrifying fan event for the eagerly anticipated "Dune: Part 2", Hollywood stars Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Austin Butler, Stellan Skarsgård and director Denis Villeneuve captivated fans on the red carpet in Seoul, South Korea.

Braving the snowy, freezing conditions, hundreds of fans congregated outside Youngdeungpo Times Square, with some enthusiasts even spending the night to ensure a coveted spot to get a glimpse of their favorite stars from the "Dune" franchise.

Taking ample time to engage with their fans, Chalamet, Butler, Zendaya, Skarsgård and Villeneuve were seen signing autographs and snapping selfies, much to the delight of those present.

Expressing his gratitude, Chalamet, the "Wonka" star, in an all-white suit, addressed the crowd, saying, "Thank you everyone for being here, thank you for supporting our film, we’re so happy to be here. Thank you, Korea."

Zendaya, radiant in a two-piece suit adorned with red sequined patterns, echoed the sentiment. "This is so beautiful, you are all so beautiful. Thank you all so much for your warm welcome, your kindness, and your hospitality. We all feel so grateful and honored to be here with you tonight," she said.

Butler, looking suave in his suit and tie, acknowledged the fans' dedication. "I heard a lot of you have been waiting a long time, so thank you. This means the world to me and everybody up here. We hope you love the film. I love you all," he said.

Skarsgård added, "Your love for film is breathtaking, thank you."

Villeneuve, addressed the fans in Korean with "Annyeonghaseyo, Dunechinja!" -- a nod to the Korean fans' fervor for the sci-fi movie.

"Thank you so much for being here, it goes straight to our hearts. It’s a massive honor for all of us to be here tonight," he said, expressing his gratitude.

Highlighting the cinematic experience, Villeneuve shared, "We dreamed, we designed, we made this movie to be the most immersive experience. That is why you have to see it in theaters to embrace the full power of Dune, and to follow the love story of Paul Atreides and Chani, played by Chalamet and Zendaya."

Chalamet, teasing the possibility of a sequel, said, "This movie is meant to be seen on the big screen. We hope you enjoy 'Dune: Part 2,' and maybe see you in a third part!"

"Dune: Part 2" is scheduled to premiere in cinemas in the Philippines on February 28, promising fans an unforgettable journey back into the expansive universe of Dune.
