It was a spectacular evening of music at the Choctaw Resort in Oklahoma this weekend.

The event featured Filipino singing sensations Jed Madela, Sheryn Regis, and Jona, whose series of concerts have been sold-out across the U.S.

It was the first in a series of events and shows to kick off the year long celebration of the 30th anniversary of The Filipino Channel.

Many travelers came from hundreds of miles away and were excited for a night of unforgettable music. Audience also said that the trio's performance was a must-see event.

Their first stop was Brooks, California, then Durant, Oklahoma. Their final destination will be on Feb. 10 at Indio in California.

Regis took the stage first and captivated the audience with her powerful vocal range.

"Each one of us prepared a lot of surprises for everyone," said Regis. "To work with these two, Jona and Jed, is really such a great honor as an artist."

Jona also enchanted everyone with her emotional ballads, and a set of operatic compositions.

She also expressed her gratitude for the huge turnout during the concert.

"I hope they really enjoyed it," said Jona in Filipino. "They matched the energy that we gave."

Madela, meanwhile, rounded out the trio with his impeccable voice which left the crowd in awe.

"The crowd and their response was overwhelming," he said. "The response of Filipinos, of our TFC subscribers, were immense."

From California to Oklahoma, Jed, Sheryn, and Jona are proving the unifying power of music and the joy it brings to those coming together for it.
