MANILA — Filipina drag queen Marina Summers got her second win on "RuPaul's Drag Race: UK vs the World" Season 2 after she slayed the "Rusical" challenge on the show.

In the fifth episode of the show aired Saturday (Manila time), the 7 remaining queens were tasked to craft their verses and do their choreography for "Seven: Confessions of a Drag Queen".

"I am confident with my dancing and singing skills but doing them live, that is a lot," Marina said.

Marina impressed the judges by showcasing her Filipina roots in the challenge with a verse that goes:

I'm a little Asian from a faraway nation

Never heard about it now Marina 'bout to make it right like it's summertime

I can be a lot of danger pull up an invasion

RuPaul gave the rare "you were born to do drag" speech and made Marina emotional during the critiques.

"Marina Summers, you were born to be on stage. You were born to do drag. You have represented not only the Philippines, but drag in such a way that it makes us all proud for you," RuPaul said.

"This is such a dream come true to me. And yeah, I hope I made (the) Philippines proud with that performance because we don't get this opportunity a lot back in the Philippines to be seen on an international level... This is Filipino drag and I'm very, very proud to represent it internationally," Marina responded.

Marina was in the top with UK star Tia Kofi and had a lip sync battle to "F*****g Wizardry" by Self Esteem.

The Filipina star won the episode and chose UK queen Gothy Kendoll to end her journey in 7th place.

Marina is the first drag queen from the Philippine franchise to compete in an international edition of the hit reality competition. She was runner-up to Precious Paula Nicole in "Drag Race Philippines" season 1 aired in 2022.

"Drag Race Philippines" was recently renewed for a third season along with the Thai and French franchise.
