MANILA -- Thai actor and singer Pachara Chirathivat, popularly known as Peach, is considering venturing into the Philippine entertainment scene.“It is kind of in the ideation process. I am working with one of the directors, and I am writing scripts as well. It would be fun to work with a friend. I worked with a friend in a series, and it turned out really, really good because we shared a lot of things. I want to try working with him,” he said.Like the series “The Believers,” Peach hopes to be part of projects that promote social consciousness.“Growing up, we are not allowed to question things. We follow the rules all the time. We never really get to think of things in a different context. [But] that is how you turn the creative process. The more you grow up, the more you will have questions. We want to raise awareness as well so they could start to raise questions,” he said.While Peach is often in the Philippines due to his business ventures, he has yet to explore the country beyond the metropolis.“I want to spend more time outside Manila. It is mostly business trips. One place I want to visit is Bicol. I want to see the volcano,” he said.
