I&#x27;m really grounded naman sa real world. I know it&#x27;s easier said than done,&quot; the actress told reporters in a chance interview at the event for her upcoming series &quot;High Street.&quot;Brillantes said it is important to remember that many comments online are from people who don&#x27;t know their personal life.&quot;I think kapag natutunan mo lang ma-appreciate &#x27;yung life itself, na life is more than just social media, phone, comments, and people na hindi mo naman kilala na nagko-comment sa life mo, kailangan hindi ka into it masyado,&quot; she said.&quot;Alam kong masakit siya and it&#x27;s easier said than done pero kailangan mo lang talagang hindi magpaapekto and ma-appreciate mo &#x27;yung life,&quot; she added.Brillantes also shared how she handles bashing, stressing how she appreciates the value of life.&quot;There&#x27;s so many ways. Tingnan mo lang kung gaano kaganda &#x27;yung mundong binigay sa atin, mundong ginawang &#x27;to,&quot; she said.&quot;Social media kasi you can easily turn off the phone and read a book, meet your friend, reconnecting with nature, doing (chores) sa house, meeting your friends hindi lang through phone.&quot;
