LILY performs "Sinayang" on 'It's Showtime'

MANILA — OPM band LILY, formerly known as Callalily, opened the noontime show "It's Showtime" with its heartwrenching single "Sinayang" on Tuesday.

The group's vocalist Joshua Bulot invited the audience to check the song's official music video, which features Jai Asuncion, Jiro Manio, Bulot himself, and many others.

The band explained that the song serves as an empowering anthem for listeners to get strength from a heartache.

LILY also performed its hit song "Magbalik."

Some "Showtime" hosts joked that they wanted to be part of the band as well.

Kim Chiu even noticed that her outfit was similar to Bulot's.

"I am the second vocalist, okay lang ba yun?" Chiu said. "Parang parehas tayo ng outfit e no."

"Ikaw si 'Kimberlily'," Jugs Jugueta responded.

"So witty ah!" Chiu replied.

LILY is also composed of Lem Belaro on drums, Aaron Ricafrente on bass, Alden Acosta on lead guitar, Nathan Reyes on rhythm guitar, and Ezra Decinal on keyboard.
