Kim Chiu has offered advice for It’s Showtime’s segment “EXpecially for You” participants during a meet-and-greet held at a mall in Quezon City.

“Just be happy. If you are happy sa loob, happy ka sa labas. Dapat everyone happy para fresh and blooming,” she said in an interview during the event held by a skincare brand, Saturday afternoon.

While Chiu said she is not sensitive and tries to remain unbothered with negativity, like any other person, it is still inevitable for her feelings, at times, to get hurt.

“Tao pa rin, nasasaktan pero kinakaya naman… Pinagtibay ng panahon,” she said.

Chiu said she had more time for self-care.

“Nag work out ako maaga, natutulog ng maaga. Pahinga muna. Easy. It’s Showtime taping, ASAP.  I do Skin care routine, beauty rest,” she explained.

Chiu took time to meet her supporters during the event. 

Apart from taking photos, Chiu also chatted and exchanged laughs with some of her fans.
