The cast of the hit series "Zoomers " Season 2 decided to step away from their intense acting roles and dramatic storylines to embark on an exploration of various tourist sites in Kawit, Cavite.

The ensemble, consisting of Harvey Bautista, Criza Taa, Ralph De Leon, Luke Alford, Krystl Ball, Kei Kurosawa, Hadiyah Santos, Erika Davis, and Zach Castañeda set out on a journey to immerse themselves in the rich history and culture of the region.

Their first stop was the Aguinaldo Shrine, a significant historical landmark where General Emilio Aguinaldo was inaugurated as the first president of the country.

The cast members were visibly moved by the solemnity and importance of the site, gaining a deeper appreciation for the country's past.

The group also visited the awe-inspiring St. Mary Magdalene Church, a 400-year-old architectural marvel that left them in awe of its beauty and heritage.

Criza Taa, one of the cast members, shared her thoughts on the experience, emphasizing the importance of showcasing both the fun and serious sides of their generation.

She said, "yung Zoomers pinapakita namin na masaya, barkada barkada, pero of course as gen Z gusto namin ipakita yung side naman na seryoso na kahit gen z tayo knowledgeable tayo alam natin. Aware tayo educated tayo nagsisilbi tayong good example sa audience natin.”

(Through “Zoomers” we aim to portray the joy of friendship and camaraderie, while also highlighting the fact that, as Gen Z individuals, we are knowledgeable, aware, and educated. We strive to set a positive example for our audience.)

Following their adventures in Kawit Cavite, the Zoomers plan to explore more historic and cultural sites across the Philippines, after visiting Bohol, Dumaguete, and other regions.

“Zoomers Season 2” premiered July 1 on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, A2Z, TV5, and the ABS-CBN Entertainment YouTube Channel.
