Juan Karlos gears up for solo concert

MANILA  -- Singer-songwriter Juan Karlos is set to return to the concert stage.

The singer made the exciting announcement in a social media post on Saturday as he shared the concert poster on his Instagram. 

"May concert ako. nood kayo ah. abangan nyo ticket selling announcement namin soon," he captioned his post. 

The singer-songwriter has become one of the biggest hitmakers in the country with his melodramatic massive hits such as "Buwan", "Shot Puno" and "Ere".

Juan Karlos Labajo, now known as Juan Karlos, rose to fame at just 13 years old as the third-place finalist on the debut season of "The Voice Kids" in 2014. He put out two albums as a solo artist before forming his namesake band, Juan Karlos. 

His most recent single, "Ere," made history by becoming the first Filipino song to debut on Spotify’s Global Chart, entering at No. 177 with over 1.22 million streams in 24 hours. 

Juan Karlos' self-titled concert will be held at the Mall of Asia Arena this coming November 29.
