The respondents in the sexual abuse abuse complaint filed by upcoming actor Sandro Muhlach have responded with "absolute denial of all the allegations," according to their lawyer.
On Friday (August 9), the camp of Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz filed their counter-affidavit at the National Bureau of Investigation through their lawyer, Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque.
The two accused did not personally file their counter-affidavit, and have yet to confirm whether they will attend a Senate panel hearing which has issued them a subpoena.
The father of Muhlach, veteran actor Niño Muhlach, meanwhile said he is pleased with the ongoing Senate hearing and the commitment of GMA Network to aid in processing the complaint involving its two independent contractors.
