She fought, many times. Lagi niya sinasabi hindi dapat pabayaan ang pelikulang Pilipino, ang industriyang Pilipino. Maria, starring in “Untold,” her first project with Regal Entertainment, Inc., revealed that she has eyed collaborating on a horror film with the studio since she began her career in show business.</p><div><br/></div><p>“I am so happy because it has always been a dream to work with Regal Films. When I started, I was hoping I be part of “Shake, Rattle and Roll” because I grew up watching “Regal Shocker.” That dream happened. It took a while but it still happened,” she said in an interview.</p><div><br/></div><p>The “Lavender Fields” actress explained despite her busy schedule, she couldn&#x27;t decline the opportunity as the material was too exciting to pass up.</p><div><br/></div><p>&quot;For this one, there is a lot of psychological tension going on with the character. It is what drew me. Being a psychology graduate, parang na-excite ako,” she reasoned.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>MY FUTURE YOU</strong></div><div><br/></div><p>The love team of Francine Diaz and Seth Fedelin will be leveling up to the silver screen with romantic dramedy “My Future You.”  </p><div><br/></div><p>“Hindi na siya yung pa-sweet lang. Hindi lang focuses sa kilig meron kami. Madaming story ma-tackle about family, sarili, special someone. Mas mature version,” Diaz explained. </p><div><br/></div><p>The actress added that she felt honored to be entrusted by Mother Lily to bring to life the challenging and exciting material.</p><div><br/></div><p>“Nakaka-proud. At least alam namin bago nagpaalam si Mother Lily nakilala niya kami at nakilala namin siya. The fact they are very supportive and open to partnering with me, I can’t believe it. For me, this is the most established production company, and suddenly we have a film together. I am very happy, di lang ako inalagaan bilang artista.
