Tomorrow X Together's Yeonjun. Photo from BigHit Music's X accountYeonjun, a member of the popular K-pop boy group Tomorrow X Together (TXT), is set to drop a song later this month, which will be part of his solo mixtape scheduled for release in October.

TXT's agency BigHit Music announced late Sunday the schedule for Yeonjun's upcoming releases via a notice on fan community app Weverse.

BigHit said the song "GGUM" will be released on Sept. 19, followed by the full mixtape titled "Yeonjun's Mixtape: GGUM" on Oct. 29.

"It is hip-hop in genre and its electro sound adds to its charm," the label added.

Earlier this month, Yeonjun revealed in an episode of "Run Jin," a web show hosted by his labelmate Jin of K-pop supergroup BTS, that he was "working" on a solo mixtape.

The singer, whose full name is Choi Yeon-jun, debuted in 2019 as a member of TXT, listed by the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry as among the best-selling recording artists in 2023.
