Here's why Gerald, Jake, Sam, John, Marc and Sancho are into motorbikes

<p>MANILA -- Apart from the exhilarating feeling of hitting the road, actors Gerald Anderson, Sam Milby, John Prats, Jake Cuenca, Marc Solis and Sancho de Las Alas shared why they do love motorbikes.</p><p>In the latest vlog of veteran broadcast journalist Karen Davila, the actors, who call their group Drama Moto Club, opened up on why they are into motorbikes despite the dangers.</p><p>&quot;I think it&#x27;s the sense of freedom. it&#x27;s the sense of life... Ako I associated it with acting a lot kasi when the director yells &#x27;action,&#x27; you have to focus. So when you are in motorcycle to lessen your chances of accident you have to be focus. ...Kumbaga you&#x27;re responsible for yourself. that&#x27;s also the appeal of motorcycle kumbaga kargo mo lang sarili mo. So if anything happens here, it&#x27;s just me but also you have to be focus and take care of yourself,&quot; explained Cuenca. </p><p>&quot;It&#x27;s a different perspective when you are on two wheels. Kung makikita niyo po posts ko about our rides, it&#x27;s about thanking the Philippines. It&#x27;s always we have to protect the Philippines at all cost because napakaganda talaga,&quot; Anderson added.</p><div><br/></div><div><span class="fr-img-caption fr-fic fr-dib" style="width:958px"><span class="fr-img-wrap"><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1737697615010drama.jpg" class="fr-fic fr-dib"/><span class="fr-inner">Screen grab: YouTube/Karen Davila</span></span></span></div><p>According to the guys, they got their group&#x27;s name because of the dramas that happened during their first ride in December 2023 going to Tagaytay.</p><p>After months of being together, their passion for motorbikes brought them closer together and they now consider their relationship as brotherhood.</p><p>Solis, a former child actor, who was convinced by Prats to try motorcycling, shared tha  it became a form of therapy for him after his dad passed away. </p><p>&quot;For me riding makes you feel dangerous but it makes you feel more alive because you know that tomorrow is not promised,&quot; Solis said.</p><p>Delas Alas, who worked with Solis and Prats on series &quot;FPJ&#x27;s Ang Probinsyano,&quot; said that aside from enjoying the rides, he is just grateful to have found deep friendships.</p><p>&quot;Iba mag-ride with your friends. Ako sobrang grateful na napasama ako sa grupo na ito. Aside from living in the moment, riding teaches them to be grateful and appreciate things they get to experience.</p><p>For Milby, riding also teaches you about humility.</p><p>&quot;One big problem that a lot of riders have is over-confidence like if you feel overconfident doon ka maaaksidente and you have to have that discipline of knowing na you&#x27;re vulnerable on a bike.
