Said a little prayer for my Dad in commemoration of All Souls’ Day. Surprised to see a wreath of flowers from the city of Manila! With our gratitude to Mayor,” he wrote.</p><p>Born Rodolfo Vera Quizon Sr., Dolphy died in July 2012 due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
