Lucy Hale opened up about not being married at 36 and why she believes there is nothing wrong with taking a different life path.In an interview with André Duqum on his Know Thyself podcast, the Hollywood actress emphasized that not having a family at her age is completely okay.&quot;I&#x27;m 36. I&#x27;m not married and I don&#x27;t have kids. You know I&#x27;ve been greeted with a lot recently within my world of people being like, &#x27;Oh,&#x27; and I just feel like there&#x27;s a lot of women who probably need to hear that it&#x27;s okay to not have that at this point in your life,&quot; she pointed out.The actress added that being on her own at this age has allowed her to grow in meaningful ways.&quot;I have seen so many people in my life settle down, have kids, have the family and that&#x27;s beautiful and that&#x27;s amazing, and I know that&#x27;s part of my life soon, it isn&#x27;t yet,&quot; she said. &quot;I do believe that there are big lessons within being alone at this time in your life. There&#x27;s nothing wrong with it,&quot; she said.She explained that being single can also signify a period of purpose and self-discovery.&quot;I think if you are at a place in your life when you feel alone or you are single, I am willing to bet [that] you are called towards something really, really amazing. So like enjoy the time with yourself.
