TWICE donates ₱7.5 million for Hong Kong fire emergency relief

<p>K-pop girl group TWICE made a generous donation of 1 million Hong Kong dollars (around ₱7.5 million) to assist recovery efforts after the deadly residential fire in Hong Kong.</p><p>The announcement was made by their agency, JYP Entertainment, on December 4 saying that the donation was made through Hong Kong World Vision. JYPE expressed the group’s heartbreak over the incident, saying they were grieving with the affected families. “We are deeply saddened by the recent fire in Hong Kong. We also pay deep respect to the rescue workers who remained dedicated in the face of crisis,” part of the statement read.  </p><p>The devastating fire struck on November 26 at a 32-story apartment complex at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po.
