<p>BTS leader RM issued an apology after sparking concern among fans with his emotional Weverse live broadcast on December 6 where he opened up about the pressures he has faced leading the group, especially as BTS prepares for their major comeback in 2026.   </p><p>During the livestream, RM admitted that he had been unable to sleep for weeks while struggling with the weight of expectations surrounding their comeback. RM voiced how the uncertainty and responsibilities have made him question everything. Just two days later, on December 8, RM returned to Weverse with a letter of apology accompanied by a photo of his hand forming a finger heart.</p><p>He began his apology by addressing how his words affected his supporters. According to RM, he was just frustrated during the livestream making him blurt out such words. “I’m sorry if my live two days ago made a lot of ARMYs feel tired. I got so many messages from people worried about me… I regret having done the live now, but I was just feeling frustrated at the moment.  </p><p>“I’m sorry ㅠ Please have mercy on me,” he said.</p><div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1765287620504G7pJ_OHWIAASolG.jpg" style="width:960px" class="fr-fic fr-dib" width="960"/></div><div><br/></div><p>RM reassured fans that he will refocus on his health and on what lies ahead for BTS, saying: “I’ll focus on making music, practicing choreography together, thinking about new content, sleeping well, and living normally instead.”</p><p>He then lightened up by sharing details from his everyday life to show he is trying to live more comfortably.  </p><p>“I’ll be taking my driving test soon, and yesterday I put on the practice sticker and drove through all four routes. It was scary (I didn’t get into an accident). And yesterday I watched the movie <em>The Color of Pomegranates</em>, and my home renovation is finally finished, so I’ll be moving back home soon after half a year. Once everything is set up, I’ll show it to you,” he shared.  </p><p>RM also reminded fans to take care while he does the same.  </p><p>“I took out the mold to make a snow duck, but everything melted. It’s so cold, please dress warmly and don’t catch a cold. You guys are doing your best 💜,” one wrote on X (formerly Twitter).  </p><p>“RM, you don&#x27;t have to apologise 😔 Pls don’t worry too much.. ARMY is always here, cheering for you just like you always support us. Stay warm, stay healthy, and keep trusting yourself. You’re doing great—and we’re rooting for you, always 😔🫶🏻🫂,” another expressed.  </p><p>It was back in July when BTS announced that they would release a new album and launch a new world tour in the spring of 2026. They are set to return as seven next year after all members — Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook — have completed their mandatory military service this year.  </p>
