<p>Andi Eigenmann shared the inspiration behind her new tattoo.</p><p>In an Instagram post, the actress relayed that she recently got a palm leaf tattoo in honor of her late mother, Jaclyn Jose.</p><p>&quot;Finally got my palm leaf in honor of my nanay, just days before her 1st death anniversary. Indicative of multiple meanings all relating to the facets of her being that I would also like to embody,&quot; she wrote in her post.</p><p>Andi then enumerated the attributes of her mother that she hopes to embody.</p><p>She shared: &quot;Strength. Amidst life&#x27;s many challenges she always remained strong. The most admirable thing about her.</p><p>—Victory. Growing up was special, witnessing someone first hand, constantly refining her craft, always striving for excellence in doing what she loved most. Her dedication to evolving in her art was a testament to her passion. What a privilege to have this woman as my mother. She won many accolades for this, and the first Asian Palm d&#x27;Or winner for Best Actress at the Cannes Film Festival so far, is just one of them. I&#x27;ll always cherish this moment, and the fact that she chose to share this with me.</p><p>—Eternal life.
