<p>Kapamilya actor Baron Geisler didn’t hold back as he refuted the malicious news about him going around on social media earlier this week. The actor hasn’t made a direct comment about the said issue but maintained he will be seeking legal remedies. </p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/regions/2025/2/24/baron-geisler-inaresto-dahil-umano-sa-kalasingan-2014"><strong>WATCH: Baron Geisler inaresto dahil umano sa kalasingan<br/></strong></a></div><p>The Kapamilya actor shared that the spread of the malicious news on social media not only affected him but the rest of his family–– especially his wife who has been in constant communication with the police. </p><p>He maintained that whatever report is being put out is lacking information and needs to be clarified soon. </p><p>“Of course naapektuhan yung family ko so hindi ako papayag na gawin sa kahit na kanino &#x27;to kasi maling mali talaga ng lahat ng lumalabas right now. Kailangan ng hustisya para diyan and the truth will come out naman,” he shared.</p><p>Baron added that he is grateful for his wife from whom he draws strength during these times. He shared that he chooses “to be happy” as he knows what really happened.</p><p>“Tuloy lang sa laban sa buhay and I choose to be happy. I’m grateful also with my support ng wife ko. Actually, yung wife ko yung sobrang mas intense. In his post, he didn’t confirm nor deny the allegations but maintained news outlets should be more responsible when it comes to reporting. </p><p>“There’s a lot of misinformation circulating, especially from news outlets that failed to verify the facts before reporting. Irresponsible journalism has blown things out of proportion, creating unnecessary confusion. I want to make it clear—I’m okay, and I’m seeking legal advice to address this properly. To those who continue to stand by me, thank you. Your support means everything,” he wrote. </p>
