The construction for Grover’s began over a year ago and was supposed to be operational last December but the schedule had to be adjusted.

We started I think a year ago.

Apart from the 10 rooms that can accommodate future guests, one floor will be dedicated for a restaurant. Mylene encouraged people who wish to collaborate with her in the restaurant to message her.

Malaki yung space for the –– may sarili siyang banyo siyempre at siya yung may pinakamagandang view,” she said.

When asked why she decided to open another bed and breakfast, the Kapamilya star admitted that she wanted to secure the peace that the community has.

Might as well manage two businesses and likewise I wanted to secure yung magiging katabi ko kasi siyempre yung peace ng area namin dito sa La Union nakasalalay yan sa sino ang mag lelease or bibili ng mga properties na available at kung ano itatayo nila,” she shared.

“People who own the property here wanted to make sure also that whoever is going to build here is respectful of the peace and quiet that we get in this part of surf town,” she continued.

Meanwhile, friends and fans of the actress expressed how excited they are for her upcoming bed and breakfast. Some netizens shared that they will be booking immediately as soon as it’s available on the market.
