'Another dream achieved': Ronnie Liang earns doctorate degree

<p>MANILA -- Singer Ronnie Liang turned to social media to share his life&#x27;s newest milestone as he finally received his PhD in Development Administration from Philippine Christian University.</p><p>On Instagram, Liang uploaded a snap of his graduation photo and a reel taken from his graduation.</p><p>&quot;Another dream achieved: doctorate degree. My heart is full of gratitude and happiness today.
