<p><em>It’s Showtime </em>host Karylle shared her experience meeting some of South Korea’s top actors such as Lee Dong-wook, Lee Kwang-soo, Lee Da-hee, and Lee Joo-bin. The tears actually fell because it was an overwhelming sense of joy as a fan of K-Dramas and my favorite actor, I guess, Lee Dong-wook,” she shared.</p><div><br/></div><p>The South Korean actor was one of the first actors Karylle watched in her first K-Drama around a decade ago. For her, it was Lee Dong-wook that opened the world of her love for K-Drama. </p><div><br/></div><p>“The first ever K-Drama that I watched maybe 10 years ago starred him and I think you could tell from my question that was the beginning of me entering the world of K-Dramas. It’s been a great journey ever since. I’m so grateful that the person who ushered me into this beautiful world of K-Drama world was right before my eyes answering my questions about K-Dramas and finding it somewhat interesting it would seem,” she added.</p><div><br/></div><p>Karylle then expressed how thankful she is for the opportunity that was given to her. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to erase that from my mind because I did try to replay it in my mind many times after the moment happened. The fact that it happens around my birthday, it felt like a big big gift so I’m so so happy,” she said.</p><div><br/></div><p>“That’s me trying to act like cool–- trying to be cool about things. I can’t believe that they were all like pointing to me… The joy is just immense,” she ended.</p>
