<p>With a hosting career that has spanned more than two decades, Bianca Gonzalez has already proven that she has the talent that guarantees her longevity in the industry. I’ve just always been interested in interviewing, and in hosting, And I would always rather interview the actor or the star. I guess it comes with being an introvert na parang hindi ko gusto, hindi ako mahilig na it’s about me. And through my job as a host, I’m just the medium to make someone else shine. Because I’ve always felt this way but for some reason, I read that part of Rick Rubin’s book <em>The Creative Act: A Way of Being,</em> just the other day. And he said, a lot of times, when we have an idea, we want to hold on to it and wait for like the perfect time to let it out. But me, I’ve never really felt that way.</p><p>&quot;When I have an idea, I want to execute it and I’ll do it. And the way he articulated it was when you get an idea, the more you put out your ideas in the world, the more ideas will come to you. Meaning, I’ve been doing that my whole life and I’ve also always felt like, ‘Wow! Hindi ako nawawalan ng ideas,’ pero yun pala, creatively, that’s how it works.</p><p>&quot;It’s like you don’t hold on to things because it will make the energy stagnant. But if you keep things flowing, if you think of something, do it. The more you’re a vessel for more ideas. I love that question. It’s very different now. I have to say that less now, kasi parang as a mom, you feel like it’s so hard if you don’t guard your energy. Unlike when I was younger, I’ll comment, ganyan, and kumbaga, I can take the heat from people who will comment. But now, I’ve learned to, I wouldn’t say filter because I don’t filter but more of like, I still have an opinion on it but I just won’t always share it. I’ll share it when I have a really, really strong opinion on it and then I know, when I put it out there, ah okay I have to be able to take the heat because I decided to put this out there. So yun,” she added. </p>
