Rico Blanco bids farewell to brother: ‘Kuya loves you so much’

<p>OPM singer and songwriter Rico Blanco expressed his gratitude to everyone who sent their condolences over the loss of his younger brother, King Blanco. You gave my dearest brother so much strength,” Rico wrote.</p><p>Rico shared some throwback photos of himself and his younger brother bonding in his post. </p><p>“You made him feel he wasn&#x27;t alone in a battle he fought til the very end. Farewell, King,” he added.</p><p>The OPM singer added how grateful he is for his younger brother who brought “so much love and so much joy” into their lives. </p><p>“Thank you for bringing us so much love and so much joy. Kuya loves you so much,” he ended.</p><p>Friends and fans of the singer-songwriter sent their condolences and messages in the comment section of his post. We’re just one seat apart from him. My husband and I get the chance to talk to him and your mom for a bit. Nakikiramay po kami. We also pray for comfort and strength for you and your family,” a fan shared. </p><p>It was earlier this year when Rico revealed his brother’s condition to the public. In a previous post, he expressed how this was their family’s “toughest battle” yet. </p>
