<p>After she first started exposing her husband Patrick Bernardino’s alleged infidelity on social media last week, singer and content creator Meiko Montefalco was rushed to the hospital. She had passed out while crying during a live stream on her second Facebook page while continuing to ask her followers for help on gathering more evidence against her spouse and his alleged mistress.</p><div><br/></div><p>Meiko had reportedly passed out because she had not slept or eaten for the past two days.  </p><div><br/></div><p>Last May 27, Meiko’s friend Isabelle King shared an update on the controversial content creator on her own page.</p><div><br/></div><p>Isabelle wrote, “To everyone asking updates about ate Meiko Montefalco: She is safely home and resting under the care of her mom. She does not deserve to hurt about the past. Stop sending her stuff, she’s had enough. Her hospitalization is a sign to stop and to focus on herself and her kids. She is surrounded by blessings and people who love her. She wrote, “Taking a time off of social media for a while. I have almost all of the evidences I need. All I have to do now is to hunt them. Maraming maraming salamat sa mga panalangin at suporta. Sa mga taong nagpapadala ng pagkain at regalo, bumibisita sa akin, nangangamusta, nag-aalala, maraming maraming salamat. Babawi ako sa pamamagitan ng pagbangon na mas malakas.&quot;</p><p>In the same post, Meiko reiterated her efforts to gather more incriminating material to build a case against her spouse. She also shared that she had already sought legal counsel earlier this week. &quot;Still though, if you have any evidence I can use to prove my husband&#x27;s infidelity, just message me here. And I will still pay for a clear vid. Kahit may mga hawak na ako. Just drop it if you have. Maraming salamat. See you when I see you. The couple have two sons together. They had previously separated but reconciled earlier this year. She first started vlogging in 2015 and then got into Tiktok in 2021. </p>
