<p>British singer Jessie J has revealed that she has been diagnosed with early stage breast cancer.</p><p>The singer shared the news in a video posted on her Instagram page on Wednesday, June 4. Jessie disclosed that she received the diagnosis before the release of her latest single.</p><p>&quot;Before &#x27;No Secrets&#x27; came out, I was diagnosed with early breast cancer. I&#x27;m highlighting the word early.
